The author designed this activity set for students reading and learning Math at kindergarten and first grade levels and our teachers have found this to work best with that age range. It's our suggestion that you read the book Yes Unicorn with your child or students before using these worksheets but that isn't neccessary for the use of this activity set. This collection is encouraging, fun, and especially helpful in introducing the idea that problem solving is a fantastic way to engage with Math!
